Our fully integrated Call Logging app for LEAP Desktop delivers an easy-to-use centralised register for all your inbound telephone enquiries.
Simple to use, you can easily capture the nature of an enquiry, allocate it to a Card or Matter and assign it to a staff member. Through the integration with LEAP’s notifications, your staff will instantly know whether they must attend to an enquiry.
Each call captures the detail of the enquiry, with a full audit trail of the changes made and the status of the call. Once the enquiry has been dealt with it can be marked as complete.

Call Logging

Our seamlessly integrated Conflict Check app simplifies how you complete conflict of interest checks in LEAP. By searching across all People, Cards, Matters and Correspondence, you are able to quickly identify where a conflict may arise before instruction.
With a full history of changes and integration with the applicable Compliance area of LEAP, you are given an indelible record able to prove you acted with full knowledge when taking instructions from clients. You can add notes to the Check, set statuses and also assign to other users to review the check if required.
