In terms of integrations, API tools allow enquiry capture to be automatically integrated from web sites and other apps to avoid re-keying. When enquiry converts to a client it creates the card in LEAP using the information already captured. A mobile app allows capture and review of information when out of the office.

The product is also closely integrated with Outlook for the management of workflow. Lawyers can capture information and perform tasks via actionable messages, so there is no need to leave Outlook.  An add in allows the capture of enquiry information directly from emails to avoid re-keying of data. 

With the capture of all this information comes targeted analytics. Understand how clients find you, how many enquiries each practice area receives, which team members are the best converters, why clients don’t proceed and much more.

You can then use LEAP client and matter data to market to clients and referrers via marketing campaigns. Tools are provided to augment LEAP data with user defined tags to allow greater segmentation for focussed campaigns. As well, re-market to lost enquiries to regenerate leads and win business.

RedView Acuity is an interactive business intelligence and reporting solution for LEAP users. It provides the same sophisticated tools for management information oversight, review and analysis that the larger firms have, but a fraction of the cost.&nbsp;
Dashboards have been designed to display relevant LEAP data in an actionable, insightful, and intuitive manner. You can quickly highlight trends, find anomalies, and review exceptions. Drill down to the finer details with ease and follow up with the click of a button.
The system can be installed and operational in days with an "out of the box" set up. Simple configuration tools allow this set up to be easily tailored to meet the firm's needs. Dashboards are available at the Firm level for management oversight and at the Fee Earner level so that individual lawyers can see their personal KPIs only.
RedView Acuity also provides the ability to group fee earners into Teams, Departments and Offices. The Firm Dashboard then allows analysis so these groups to be reviewed as a sub-component of the firm.
All graphs allow simple drill down to the components that make up the headline number. Advanced facilities allow detailed sorting and grouping of information for further analysis. All information can be exported.
Once the details are reviewed, a simple click of a button allows a follow up email to be easily constructed to find out details about any issues from the person acting or responsible.

RedView Acuity

RedView Connect provides a B2B client portal for LEAP users. It is ideal for collaborating with clients in high volume, low margin work including defense of insurance claims, mortgage processing, recovery of mortgage defaults, project conveyancing, high volume personal injury and debt collection.

Fully integrated with LEAP, you can publish information, documents, and message clients right from the matter toolbar with LEAP. RedView also automatically manages user registration, passwords and security, so you don’t have to.

You also have complete control over the information clients (or other parties) can access. Choose from matter financials, critical dates, matter parties, matter data, and one or more documents. Different types of clients can have different access levels, as can third parties such as estate agents, brokers or barristers.

The client can access information via a purpose-built web browser that provides different summary views as well as the ability to export information. They can also upload documents that are directly loaded into the matter in LEAP, with a notification to the Person Acting or Person Responsible.

Purpose built apps for smartphones are also available from the App Store and Google Play. Clients can access the matter information via their mobile phone, wherever and whenever they please. For an extra fee these apps can be branded as the firm’s own and promoted via the app stores as such.

A simple and secure messaging system is also provided. Messaging a client is as simple as a single click in LEAP. Both you and the client will receive notification of messages sent, and a full audit trail of the conversation is saved against the matter. Notifications also occur to the client when a new document is made available.

RedView

RedView provides custom report development services for LEAP clients. If you have a specific reporting requirement that maybe you are handling manually, or with Excel, then a custom report can be developed to save you time and money.
RedView can access most information in LEAP to report upon it, so if the information is available then most requirements can be met. This includes custom matter fields.
Examples of reports that have been written for firms include a summary of matter financials, detailed analysis of referrer information, reporting on matter comments, document counts, debtor days analyses, and a range of extract files to allow information to be passed on to clients, or to be imported into other systems.
Custom reports can be accessed simply by users via a RedView button within LEAP itself. There is no need to leave LEAP to run the report. Running the report is just like running a LEAP report, with design and presentation standards used to ensure that the look and feel of the standard LEAP reports are maintained.
The costs for creating custom reports are a one-off development fee and then a monthly hosting and support fee. The one-off fee is dependent upon the nature and complexity of the report. These fees allow access to the report by all users as well as ongoing support and maintenance of the report.
Some caveats. New reports are built from the ground up, per specific requirements. It is not possible to modify LEAP standard reports, nor is it possible to use components of these reports as a starting point.
