Simple to use, you can easily capture the nature of an enquiry, allocate it to a Card or Matter and assign it to a staff member. Through the integration with LEAP’s notifications, your staff will instantly know whether they must attend to an enquiry.
Each call captures the detail of the enquiry, with a full audit trail of the changes made and the status of the call. Once the enquiry has been dealt with it can be marked as complete.
